All wines are selected by Sommelier, Stefan Yim.  These are mostly come from a single vineyard, handrafted artisanal wines emphasize on their balance and their expression of soil. The name "Lieu-dit " comes from the french word of meaning a prime vineyard has been producing high quality fruits consistently over the past and usually has a traceable sense of originality.
